Need a referral for a patent attorney in Houston. Any ideas?

David Dickinson or Richard Zamecki-both are very good. David does more trial work than Richard but both are very good patent attorneys.

Buche & Associates...Scott Compton was great and reasonable. Good luck!
David F. replied:
It is a huge mistake to assume that any patent attorney is competent to handle any technology. Education, and experience are foremost, not the cheapest person around. It makes me sad to see the terrible work done on briliant inventions. I have had the difficult task of telling inventors that there is no possibility of enforcing a badly prepared patent. It aslo make me sad to miss out on potentially millions of dollars due to some patent attorney's incometence. Think skill level, not cheap. David Fink
The Buskop Law Group has immediate opening for patent attorney or agent (must have patent license). They do not need to have experience but patent bar number a MUST!!!!...
