Tim Chouinard! He's getting ready to do an addition on pathway. He is Awesome and lives so close so you know he would be very involved! Tim runs his own jobs instead of contracting the builder out! Plus he uses a ton of local trades.

He is a fantastic and is a detail specialist so that everything is perfect when he is done with the job! He is about ready to start another big remodel for us and I would not trust anyone but him to do it!!

Meadowlark has a great reputation, but may be on the pricy side. I'd also talk to Giraffe. Do you have an architect? I've always wanted to build with Dangerous Architects in Chelsea, I love their work.

Avoid Trowbridge at all costs. They do not finish on time, and the end result often has issues. On the other end, Jim Binder has a good reputation. He is not a budget choice, but he produces quality homes. I have not used either of them but have friends/ have been in houses built by both.
