The Ted Williams Tunnel makes this really easy... you can't mess it up. Literally just keep driving east on the mass pike until you're at the airport and see signs for Central Parking. Really, the driving is the easy part. It's the $29 a day for parking that will really bother you.

Logan Express for sure. 22.00 round trip. Important note: they moved it to Natick temporarily because Framingham is under construction. Address is 55 Prime Parkway, Natick. I love this service because it takes you right to your terminal. Parking is 7.00 a day.
