Gordan & Associates Sarah Gordon is local in Humpty Doo so knows what's what when managing rural properties. With self management just be careful with some of your insurance options. The best cover out there is Terri Scheer but if you self mange you won't be able to get cover with them. Most insurance claims could have been avoided by proper property management (and maintenance) so make sure you do your research and get a good one - good luck
