I just used "Jack" who owns Newport Harbor locksmith to unlock an antique display case where the key was in the lock in the locked position and somebody broke it off. He was successful in not only removing the part of the key in the lock and unlocking the lock, but he also created a new key for me. I realize it's not Huntington Beach but if you have an unusual situation you may want to go with him. FYI I called Ken's first and they said they couldn't do it.

Had a HORRIBLE experience with MESA Garage doors, so we tried Jamie's Garage doors 1(714) 264-4013, he is from Huntington Beach. He did a great job and very reasonably priced and does the work himself. If you use Mesa, you will be married to them as their panels are exclusive to them. Super happy with Jamie's!! His license # is 922367

I work for Clopay garage doors through the Home Depot. Currently offering 15% off through 3/5. Home Depot also offers financing and the assurance they're going to be around in the future in case of any problems. Clopay is also backed by the good housekeeping seal since 1987. Double car garages are about $765 to start and 1000 for insulated lifetime warranty doors. Licensed and background checked installers. And I strongly advise against using Mesa.
