I've had good luck with Rescue Rooter (214-503-8000). You might check your homeowner insurance policy and see if you have water damage coverage. Never hurts to get an adjuster to look.

I ended using all needz plumbing for the clean out and install a reduction valve. My pressure was 118 psi. All in all 800 bucks for both seems a little on the high side but they got it all done. Had to keep calling Justin to get an update on when they were coming back to do the reduction valve. They did solid work though.

Glad you got some solid responses. I have some rent houses I've been taken to the cleaners by plumber too many times. The labor and city mandated add-ons to install a new water heater to code exceeds the cost of the heater (like 2X). And don't get me started on the reddit plumbing thread. Protected tradesmen.
