Jogging is the best thing you can do. I'll share one of my friends experience. This may be helpful for you. Morning: Luke warm Water + Honey (Organic) + Lemon Jogging. Breakfast: Idly/Pulka Ragimalt. Lunch: Steamed Vegetables, Brown Rice (Small Cup)/Pulka Evening: Fruit Juice Foot ball (for 2 hours) or Jogging Dinner: ONLY Fruits. Following the above schedule helped him to put down his weight by 5 - 8 Kgs in 2 weeks.
