You most definitely do not want a cheap tattoo. There's a quote I have heard a lot a good tattoo isn't cheap and a cheap tattoo isn't good. Personally I go see Kent Parrell in Rigby. He has done all 3 of my tattoo's and is amazing. He also has another artist named Jake in the shop and his work is amazing too.
