I would use an old computer from the early 90 s using windows 95 connected to a magic jack for your phone line. You may prefer a more modern system I found to be highly effective. My lodge in Bostic, Hollis No 535 uses a good phone tree they hire. Contact Hollis Secretary Jasper Yelton for details.

Brother Robert. Call Fire works great. The cost is 3.5 cents per call, you can record your message for a personal touch, is easy to set up, has no contract, and makes the calls when you set the time. It will make all your calls in less that a minute and sends you a confirmation email. That's Call Fire .com. Oh did i mention no LONG .
