It is listed at $295,000 for the 25 acres. The building was built in 1982 with 4,680 SF. The Pole Barn built 1997 is gravel floor, 50’x100’ with one room plywood/closed off. MSG me on FB here or listing agent Tom Seal for more details! 765-744-1842, thomas_seal@yahoo.com

I have looked at this building for several years. Always thought it would make a fantastic restaurant. I have finally made my dreams of becoming a business owner come true, I just leased a location downtown, opening a nail and foot spa. Anderson has lots of growth potential as long as there are people who believe in their city. The key is shop local, and keep the dollars local. I hope who ever ends up with this property much prosperity. Anderson Rocks!!!!

The Delaware Country Club was originally going to be on land where Ball Hospital is today. I believe Jeff K. mentioned this. Major changes have been made. During winter of 2013 pipes broke in lower level of both men and women's locker rooms. Lost a large number of trees because of a product used on them. Fortunately insurance covered both. I am not a golfer, but the golf course is beautiful.
