You bet. I am leading a trip to India from October 20 through November4 (see http://www.nomadssecrets.com/tour/festivals-of-rajasthan-a-photographic-masterclass-safari/) so we may miss each other (unless the tour doesn't fly). I am in the States now (in NYC) and about to go to Philadelphia next week (lots of golf) before heading to London and Scotland (more golf). India will be interesting. At least I have some experience of what to do and not do. Always can email me at tony@katanitrading.com.

We use Scott Jones from EZTravelpad. He is amazing! He is based out of Indianapolis. We had some issues with our honeymoon with flight delays. We called him, he answered right away, checked in to the issue and called us back. We knew what was going on before the other passengers on the plane did. We booked our honeymoon to St. Lucia with him as well as a couples trip this past January to Jamaica. Both were at a Sandals resort. Scott is very good at what he does and responds to your email or phone calls very promptly. Here is his FB page too. https://m.facebook.com/EZTravelpad. Hope that helps

Chelsey G. replied:
Cruises are always good. I would go straight to carnival.com because you save a lot of money that way.
Jennifer W. replied:
Depending on where you are going. I always use VRBO.com. ( vacation rentals by owner ) you can rent houses or condos. There are maps to let you know the exact location of the property and lots of pics so you can see exactly what you are getting. Sometimes the prices are a little bit more but for me it is always better then a hotel and the location is better.

you can ask for prices at different group levels...and perhaps open it up to more if your intended participants don't meet the minimum requirement. I can't recommend an agent however because I haven't done that but I am sure there are others on fb that have and can. Rose Lewis-Calvin, is one person I know that has done this and may be able to offer more advice.
