Bread makers don't do baguettes very well. Grocery stores just par bake bread that's been made elsewhere. Woodstock Thursday Market sounds promising. I would prefer a proper bakery where I can go in and buy bread made fresh that day. It's part of an old world lifestyle that I miss.
