Needing a good dentist around Portsmouth for KIDS? I take them to Dr. Roger Burleson now and he is not good with kids at all! Has to be in Ohio. No KY dentists....

Thank you! Kirras teeth are horrible and Dr Burleson will not help me at all! He keeps telling me to wait it out. but she is in pain!

Wow that's a lot for a dr. praying before surgery!! Dr Burleson has no patience or sympathy either! When the girls were just needing teeth cleanings it was fine bc his dental hygienist are so sweet. But now that they are needing work I need somewhere else!!

Bethany, I am one of the dental assistants for Dr Todd Davis. We are in Ironton and it's a bit of a drive but he really is amazing with kids! I'll never take Liam anywhere else, even if I don't work there. ;) lol if she needs work done he will do it. No sense in waiting until she's in pain. That's crazy!

We may be scheduled out a week or two, but if you tell them she's in pain when you call then the girls will usually fit you right in (maybe even same day). Just let them know you don't think she can wait. Our cleanings are scheduled out until march I think but just let them know you just need to see Dr Todd so you get in much sooner.

I went to Burleson and he really messed up my teeth when I was little. It was HORRIBLE !!! Dr Davis in Ironton is wonderful!

Dr Davis in Ironton is absolutely amazing with kids. You can tell he really cares and before my baby had surgery he made sure to pray with him. I love it there!

My father in law Greg crews is a dentist on rt 60. He has been practicing for 30 years and his associate is Dallas Neibert. Greg is the best dentist I've ever been to. His practice is called family dentistry.

I definitely agree, Dr. Barry Shaffer is the BEST! I have been to many dentists and you can't beat Barry & his staff. And Kelli is right, he is very gentle. He is TOP NOTCH!!!! You need to try him! You definitely won't be disappointed!
