Ours is not close to irvine but we LOVE ours! Really small practice...only two doctors. Dr. Chris Lin & Dr. Juvy Young. They are in Mission Viejo.

Please go to Dr. Lin and Dr. Juvy. They are right by trabuco hills high school. We were with them from the beginning. We were at the doctor he bought practice from before that. He sees most of saddleback staff kids. Tell them you know the McGills!!! I might still drive 4 hours to go see him!

You would love Dr. Akey! No joke! You need to go to him. I want to tell strangers that they should...so just do it!

I also just love Danielle Winkler at Irvine Pediatrics! We moved to Costa Mesa and I still make the drive for her! Great office and staff

We go to Dr. Akey and love him too! He even came to the hospital everyday when Gianna was born to check up on her.

Dr. Winkler, Liss, and Tse at irvine peds are all great! We started seeing dr. Auth at seaview peds and so far he's been awesome.

My mom works at South Orange County Pediatrics, I went to them, great offices, Lake Forrest i believe is the closest one to Irvine. Not too far. http://www.socpa.com/

Danielle Winkler. I take Nora there and she is at Irvine pediatrics. They have a sick entrance and well entrance so you never have to worry about sick kids in the waiting room. And every Monday-friday 8-9 am and saturday 830-noon they have walk in hours...no appt necessary! I love it.

Dr. Emilie Chow. She is at UCI. She's so nice, Ty loves her, and she's not "pushy". She won't give you any mommy guilt or make you feel like her way is the only way. And that's hard to find with pediatricians unfortunately...

I second Dr Akey in mission viejo! Nicest Christian man who completely honors your mommy instincts! It's his own private practice so he is the only one who sees the patients and he prays over Poesy everytime we see him!

We loved Dr Tse at Irvine pediatrics. I loved all the doctors there and they always got my kids in right away.

Jakes primary care is Dr. Brown. But he also sees dr. Pelinka and we love her. With his asthma we spend lots of time there and have seen most of the PA's too. Everyone is fantastic and we have had nothing but great experiences.

Buuuut Sarah I asked this same question on FB and about 4 of my trusted friends recommended Coastal Kids (Irvine, ladera and Newport offices). Dr Abelowitz is founding MD. I've been taking my kids for about a year and navigating thru diagnostics and specialists for Noah with Dr. Kornu. She's been really great. I don't vaccinate and have never been pushed. Very organized practice. Can always get in even within an hour or so. Can always get a hold of dr. I don't have babes tho so can't recommend on that level...

It may be a little too far for you.. but we LOVED Mia Bella Pediatrics. All the docs are women/moms and are so awesome. We had Dr. McNulty but have seen all 3 of the drs and they are incredible. Right off the fwy at la paz.

When I was a kid I went to Dr. Willis in Huntington. Of course, he would be around 103 years old now, but.

Not sure how far it would be for you. Mine was Dr. Lindakay Rees and she works out of Beach Pediatrics in HB. Loved that woman and the whole office. Perhaps give them a look if it's not out of your area?

Check out Coastal Kids they are in Irvine. They were very flexible with vaccines schedules.

Yes, Dr Abelowitz is amazing! We've seen several of the other Drs with Coastal Kids when he's been out of office & they've all been great!

We use Dr. Troyan out of the Mission Viejo office. I love him! Mackenzie was so sick in those early months and I ha to take her in 3-4 times a week so I got to know him well. His nurses are also so wonderful. Highly recommend him.
