Playa Chac Mool on Ave D is authentic Mexican. Small, family run, great food. Romano’s on the beach & Viola’s for Italian.

I would recommend Ned's Southside Kitchen and Gas Full Service Restaurant. These and Metro Diner are the fave go-to places when we have family visiting from out of town.

Beachcomber is our favorite casual place on the beach. A1A burrito works for Mexican and Salt Water Cowboys for a delicious dinner. Cowboys isn't a flip flops kind of place though. Enjoy!!!

The Backyard at Meehans Irish Pub is a great atmosphere and great food. Excellent Raw bar upstairs and traditional Irish pub on the main level so you have your pick of atmospheres

If you haven't tried Bobs pizza on Fletcher yet I recommend you do. Yummy!!!! Better than Plaza hands down.
