I went to Jacksonville Chiropractics, it's off of gum branch road kinda by Smithfield's. and no it doesn't cover it:( but I couldn't stand the pain any more an really needed to get adjusted cause I haven't been in over a year! Adjustments are 25$ and they do a massage treatment first, extremely nice guy! Let me know if anyone goes, please refer us:)

Both? My chiro here has massage therapists on site so they would adjust then send me for massage. Dr Reeder (in Auburn) in Auburn didnt have both when I saw him but might now. FYI, chiro may require xrays before adjusting you the first time and it may require multiple visits.
