Tonquin Valley. Dunno if you can do an overnight, since I think the shortest distance in is 18 k, but they've got a hut that's quite nice to stay in, and cheaper than AirBNB. The route in on the north is longer. I've seen caribou up there; pretty cool. Or up towards Robson, which isn't far to the west. And even just the crowded paved Maligne Canyon hike is worth it. http://www.hikejasper.com/index.html

When you get to the park, the park staff are great for going over routes with you & discussing current trail conditions. Parks Canada’s website for Jasper has a PDF with trails (including approximate hiking times, difficulty level, etc.). Personally, I prefer to stay in Jasper rather than drive in from Hinton each day, but it depends where you’ll be hiking.
