Juan InBillions I still take my heels in to repair them. I am hard on the heel and tend to have the little rubber thing torn off in about 6 months. It's cheaper to take them to a cobbler and have a new rubber thing installed than to buy new shoes. I love Dawson's Shoe Repair in Columbia. Quick, efficient, and affordable.
