Not sure if they can practice in Ohio but try the Bulldog Lawyers from Philly. They know RSD and specialize in WC And other areas of law. Ask for Larry Levine tell him I referred you. Good luck! In most states you can''t sue WC, or your employer. You don't sue them, they can't stop you from collecting WC. The employer has many loopholes you do not. You can sue a third party if they caused your injury at work. You can only take WC to court if they have stopped your checks, or have delayed treatment, but you have to be able to prove that.
