repair.com. we've repaired quite a few appliances over the years. google the model # and the issue and you'll most likely find a forum with a discussion about it. find the part, go on the repair site, there is usually a video to guide the fix and -- viola!! $$$ saved! Give it a try!

Chris. Sears and Roebuck has a pretty good repair department if you call them they will make an appointment for someone to come over and look at it
