My father does great work. He does it on the side and is very well priced. way way cheaper then the places around here. 570-560-3419. he has been working on cars like 30 plus years. Stouts is great but very very exspenive. Also a places up Salldesburg called Water street repair. They are not exspensive either.

I'd never take anything to stouts back when I was in highschool they ripped my grandparents off almost $1000 to replace a part that didn't even need replaced just my personal edvice I'd take my cars to Water Street Repair out on 287 near speedys Dave Flook is a very honest guy and has one of the cheapest labor rate in the area and Woodys Auto Restoration does excellent work plus they have a bodyshop their too and Travis Height is probably one of the best autobody tech in the area!!

Barney Penton at Penton Automotive is a good and honest mechanic- I highly recommend him.

Those are rough estimates on price, of course. And Jiffy Lube can offer you oil at $2.50/ qt, but when they buy so much, they pay $0.75/ qt and charge you an exorbitant markup. Same with oil filters, etc.
