If you have any problems he's on it in a flash (or his staff). if he can't handle it, he will refer you, no problem. and everything gets fixed with ONE visit.

cut off at McDonalds like going to Bristol on old hwy.......if you know where Isaacs pool used to be out there on the right.....I think you cut off right in front of that....his number is 543-9123 and he can give you better directions......don't think he will be in until Monday though and he opens up at 9:00

I recommend Quality Heat and Air from Kingsport. Sonny seems to be a great guy, very helpful and his guys are great too. I've only had minor service calls from them, but they seem fair, and have lots of good reviews on google.

A little late to the game, but Gillams heat/air did a great (and affordable) job replacing our hvac system.
