well, i see that in Grinnell there's now http://www.theprairiecanary.com/ it's gotten good reviews. if vegetarian, gluten-free is even conceivable in the midwest. maybe too far a drive. years ago there was a great steak place somewhere near marshalltown where you used to pick out your own. can't recall name. sorry...hard to recommend places from 1000 miles away but fun to try.

Each policy is different cause everyone has different credit, amount of tools, claim's history, etc. I'm seeing prices between $100-$200 a month for the folks I've quoted.... If you add in Workers Comp and Auto Insurance it'll end up being a bit more. That's for a $1Million$2Million General Liability policy which is what is required by most people/company's as proof of insurance.
