Playful Pets in Franklinton is great. They take dogs of all sizes. They do boarding and daycare.

All Paws Retreat in Franklinton! Has everything you mentioned. And if you are super obsessed you can hop on their website and watch the live webcam to watch the pups! Probably the most affordable one in the city

Red Barn & Biscuit is a beautiful farm/kennel in Ostrander. Owners take dogs for 2 one-mile walks everyday.
