Therapist recommendations in northern surburbs? Hi,
I recently moved to the area and am in need of finding a new therapist. Does anyone have any recommendations?...

If you wouldn't mind driving to Edmonds or Lake City (in North Seattle) I can't recommend Diane Jamieson highly enough. She uses CBT and really helped me out when I was having a rough time http://www.healthgrades.com/provider/diane-jamieson-xycpw

If you ask your doctor, they may be able to get you to see a private therapist for free. Therapists can be expensive, but I'm currently seeing one and she's $100/hr, but she's not taking any clients at the moment. I found her using: https://www.psychologytoday.com/ca/therapists/on/hamilton I found two therapists through that site. One that I'm currently seeing, and another that I stopped seeing because she didn't specialize in what I was looking for. Good luck.
