Hey, my hubby (owns his own construction company, and has totally done our own bathroom), suggests going through the back through the drywall. It'll be the cheapest. Then just patch the drywall, or a nice trimmed-out panel. We highly highly suggest Brad from Kodiak Mechanical for a plumber. Him and all his guys are excellent, very reliable.
