I'd recommend getting some laser removal done be fore a cover up. Lightening the old work really hates s better final result. New Skin removal does great work.

Does it have to be in Victoria? I had an amazing experience with the amazingly talented Rachelle Alexandra http://www.xandra-ink.com/tattoos She used to be in Vancouver but I think she moved to Kamloops (?). Amazing artist and from some of her other work seems to enjoy drawing flowers.

Sarah Savage at Second Street Tattoo in Sidney is a fantastic artist and is great at cover ups. She does consultations on Tuesdays from 1-8 pm
