My friend Juanita Best McGill has a sister named Mary Garrison that does cakes as a hobby for now. She did Amys Octonaut's themed cake & it was both great looking & GREAT tasting. She does amazing designs and is affordable. She bakes from scratch with fresh ingredients & you can definitely tell the difference from other cake makers. The fondant was not tough because it was fresh.
