For the future ~ my Inlaws & I register all of all appliances with Sears.com insurance. We pay like less than $30 a month and they come out right away to check on everything. If something breaks down and they can't fix they replace it. Btw none of our appliances have ever been bought at Sears or Kmart. If you register now they will probably come out within days.
