Watching TV specially cartoon make children hyperactive, no matter what kind of cartoon movie is this. Try to engage them in interesting activities like, clay modeling, Lego. Give him little challenging task, for ex asking them, "Collect your toys in drawer, let me see how fast you are, I start counting now". when they're done, show them appreciation
