Chaffee Climate Control. They are based in Karns. THey did an entire system at my house. We used to have bills as high as $450. Our average bill is now under $200. Rex Chaffee is the owner. He won't sell you more than you need by recommending these very high seer rating units that will take 20 years to recoup the extra cost.

Chaffee Air is based in Karns, and is big enough to back up their work but they still do honest work. They don't nickel and dime things and I have heard of them doing things free sometimes. They don't want your business just this time, but every time. They did a complete system in my house.....ducts and all. It's awesome. Call and ask for Rex. He's the owner. Tell him I sent you. He will take good care of you.

Are you comfortable with a screwdriver? Mine quit heating and it was the sensor in the back. Very simple to replace once the back is off. Brown Appliances on Central is a good place for parts. Make sure you unplug it first.
