We had a Lennox XC17 system installed three months ago by Campbell & Company and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Our electric bill was almost cut in half. I believe they used to be Campbell & Bruce and then he left to start his own company.

Just my opinion, but I recommend trying to get in touch with Ron Bruce personally to see if you can't get him to help get the thing fixed and to let him know you've had a lot of problems so far. Ron is a really good guy and I know he cares. Whether or not he can get it fixed I don't know, but I do know he does care. I'd be happy to tell him myself that you are having problem if you like, just let me know.

Agree with Darin. Ron Bruce is an upright guy and, in my experience, will do the right thing.
