Clever Rebel in Federal Way (Joe) fixed mine and did a terrific job from the terrible job Slave to the Needle did. He redesigned it and I love it now. The place is so clean too. I was referred by multiple people. Nice thing is you can go in and talk to them and get a feel for things first if you want. Usually, a good artist is booked out a ways though. Definitely worth a 30 minute drive.

I just got one done in Seaside Oregon, and it was a fantastic experience. If you're looking for Traditional American, go to Nine Lives Tattoo in Seaside. The guy there specializes in it, and for most of his career he was tattooing military members around the world.
