What are some good sutlers/vendors for this period???? I know AEF Supply used to have Span-Am/turn of the century stuff. But we know they are unreliable as fuck with...

I make a few things Heinrich, leggings, haversacks, krag breech covers, blanket bags, canteens. Eureka Arsenal has great hats for this period. I've "done" this period for over 20 years . There is a fella on the "1898" facebook page (can't remember his name) that is getting the 1887 bed blankets going/taking orders. Uniforms are a problem. So not as BIG as WW2 or Civil War, but getting better.
Max K. replied:
I think that it was the Marine Corps group getting the blankets together. $100 each.
Matt M. replied:
Quartermaster Depot, Dan is a good guy who makes decent stuff.
John S. replied:
Hi Max, the blanket guy's name is Stephen Bockmiller.
Max K. replied:
As you know, Span-Am US Navy, and to some extent Marine Corps, is done aboard OLYMPIA, on a monthly basis, as well as several larger events throughout the year.
John S. replied:
Heinrich, the Quartermaster Shop has a few Span/Am things. They are the folks that copied my Marine uni for me. I know they have 2 nd pattern 98 uniforms, and 1884 fatigues as well. I'm building up a batch of USN stuff now .I'll post some pictures when they're done.
