Not sure if it's an option for you, but we have had good success using Rover.com where a pet sitter comes to our house and stays overnights. Prices vary but I bet you can find someone comparable to what you'd pay for boarding and the dogs don't have the stress of going somewhere unknown.

Try Jumping Jack Dog Ranch. Per their FAQ: "Spay /Neuter - We do accept unaltered dogs, but they must be on the human time path if they're over 18 months of age. Unaltered dogs are sometimes placed in playgroup with dogs of the opposite gender only, but this is at the discretion of our trainers." Any in home pet sitter can help, most wont have requirements like neutering. www.petsit.com has a listing of them.

I love Shady Acres in Round Rock. They only require spay/neuter for dogs over 9 months. And $40/night includes all day playtime.

You can always do PetSmart. I take my unaltered dog there with no issues. He just can’t do the doggy play time.

I had a similar issue back in Ann Arbor and used a rover, it was a bit expensive but I knew they were being taken better care of as well.
