Blake Matthew Lundy-Butler. Dr. Uldrickson is a sadist. 6 shots of novacaine and a shot of Demerol.....to remove bone fragments from my gums & jaw. I had that many because he didn't give time for the shots to work. He got mad every time I yelled in pain. I never saw his face too. Snuck up behind me And stuck the instruments in my mouth. Wore that stupid mask.....NEVER said a word. I was in that chair for almost 2 hours. And when it was over ..he walked away and his assistant took care of telling me what he did...how to care for the sutures....etc. This is a warning to ALL......don't go to him.
