If you take one extra strength Tylenol with two Advil, it will mock the effect on the body like that of Vicodin (I'm allergic to most pain drugs, but that really works for me), this was suggested by my doctor. Also, my parents go to Dr. Bottroff (sp?) out by traction road...he's great, but I'm not sure of the price. There's also a massage therapist on site. Hope you feel better!!
