My company name is D&J home maintenance and remodelling ..423-817-8714..I am liscensed insured and bonded like all contractors should be..I have 24 yrs exp.in Heating and cooling, electrical, and carpentry..My company is fairly new is why my number isnt in the yellow pages..I am Hvac type 2 freon certified and electrical certified.All my work comes with a written 1 yr warrenty on everything i do except landscaping because i cant control what kind of weather the good lord has in store for us...My estimates are free but i have to see the job im facing in order to give the cheapest labor rate possible because i need to estimate materials, take pictures and get measurements etc..My heating and air estimates depend if you have existing duct work or not and what brand of unit you want and tonnage of system that needs to be installed..All heating and cooling systems have a 5 or 10 yr warranty on parts and my labor is free for one yr..I give 1 free preventative maint. service call in 6 months on every unit which includes freon check with guages , evaporator and condensor coil cleaning and oiling of motors..I am very good at what i do and every job is professionally done..If it is a large job that requires more workers than myself i only have dependable knowledgeable honest drugfree people working with me..I will personally be on every job no matter how many people it requires to make sure the customer is always happy and satisfied...Just give me a call or text 423-817-8714 please do not leave voice mail...If i dont answer send a text with brief description of work , first and last name and working daytime number i will get back with you as quick as possible and will have you a written estimate within 24 hrs..Thank you for letting me serve you nothing would make me happier than seeing you with a smile on your face saying well done..
