I would definitely recommend Dr. Elizabeth Joseph. I shadow her regularly and she's always really great with kids. Very fair prices and takes pretty much any insurance. Her office is on Third Ave in Kingston behind Arby's which is pretty close to your house. (Provided you haven't moved since middle school lol)
