Tamara, the guy I am talking about is Jason Simms Painting. I looked his number up, forgot to get it off my husband before he left for work. 570-779-4107. If you call him, mention Jim Phillips referred you to him. It doesn't hurt to get a few estimates. Typically, I get three quotes and take the middle, or whomever I have the best feel for. I know Jason gets busy when the weather starts to warm up, as do most painters. Good luck.
