I haven't had any luck finding sausage like this here. I use this recipe to make my own, but if you plan on making gravy with it, you'll need to add in butter or oil to compensate for the lack of fat. http://www.homesicktexan.com/2008/02/breakfast-sausage-to-begin-day.html

I've seen turkey sausages occasionally at Healthy Butcher in interesting flavour combinations. Just take them out of the casings and cook. I think Stemmlers makes their own, plus another store I can't remember just now - Vincenzos maybe

Unique but with a familiar twist, true farm to table dishes (I went last week for my birthday and the cauliflower came from the EXCELLENT waitresses farm!). They have two prix fix options ($58 or $63 with dessert). Generous portions and an amuse bouche included. Well worth it!

MJs Gourmet is my go to, though I pick it up because it's across the street, but I'm sure they deliver. However they're not open late, only until 9 I think on Fridays and Saturdays

Chicago Style in Hamilton is worth the drive. It’s amazing and they also make the lasagna!!! But it’s busy and very small so be prepared to wait.
