When my chi x foxy Might Mouse has surgery on his hip I took him home as soon as I could because I missed him. In future I would always ask the vet to keep the dog crated and sedated for at least a few days after surgery. MM worried at his stitches so much poor Marcel (our vet) had to redo them. Hope he is feeling better soon.
