If your child is in school, you could check in with the School Support Counsellor (which is what Lucy does at the Catholic schools she is assigned to - I can't recall where she is now but have sent her an email). Mary Wright and Ekcoe Central's new SSC is Elisha Nmike Kehoe - another (former) colleague of mine who is phenomenal, if your daughter is school age and goes to either school...
