Once-off deep clean, or ongoing service? If the latter, a company like SweepSouth (or a domestic worker if you prefer to employ direct) works well. If you need a deep clean, which includes moving heavy furniture and doing a proper carpet cleaning, google pre-occupation or post-occupation cleaners, or even commercial cleaners. But they won't do your dishes... Even if you get the latter, it's useful having the former on an ongoing basis to maintain, if you don't think you're likely to keep it up itself.
