Those look like the printing blocks used for making batik fabric. The batik uses wax to seal some parts of the cloth so the dye does not penetrate, thus making the pattern. Dear Natasha Ilyas-Gill, before u engaged new agent pls check their company background, go to their office, check if they register with www.papa.org.my or check their company details & financial status frm SSM website because i also got cheated by maid agent recently. If you want to get back your money you can go to Tribunal Consumer (KPDNKK) in Putrajaya Sek2, they will listen to your case and help you to get back your money, you just need to pay RM5 to file the case. Besides, you also can file your complaint to Immigration Putrajaya to investigate the agency company with your valid reasons and evidences. My case, i made police report then i go immigration to complaint then i got the agent to agreed refund RM16K full payment that i made. Now I am waiting for the money to bank in to me latest by next week. If i didnt get it as promised, i will submit my official complaint letter to immigration to open the file and i will go to Tribunal Consumer to get the refund. P/S: Sorry for long post but I want to share my experience so others mummy know your rights and channel to complaint (even though it takes time) or become another victim on agency fraud.
