Anyone know of a good local chiropractor? Do they require a referral to see them?
Tanya M. replied:
Not local, but MUCH more affordable: Mordoch University Chiropractor Clinic. It is 5 th year students working on you, but under a experienced chiropractor.
Lisa J. replied:
You don't need a referral to see a chiropractor. I work at Baldivis Chiropractic, but if you are looking for somewhere closer Straight Forward Chiropractic in Kwinana are good

Murdoch Uni has a Chiropractic Clinic. They are students training to be chiros. I went there and I have never had such good service or such complete and comprehensive care. Highly recomend them.

Safety Bay Chiropractic. Very good. Reasonably priced. Very friendly and welcoming.
Can anyone recommend a affordable chiropractor? Tia
Annette C. replied:
You could always try the Chiropractic Clinic at Murdoch Uni. They take patients there and are usually very affordable. They are fully supervised and nothing is done without a qualified chiro saying yes. (and you of course)
Kellie B. replied:
Straight Forward is good. None are cheap..but why would they be they all have expensive practices, familys to support and spent years getting their quals.. Does the GP do 5 free visits for Chiros like they do Physios? Maybe check?

Kristy Black at infinitive health is fantastic. I walked in there after not even being able to stand straight after a doctor turned around and said everyone suffers back pain, I explained to.him I have had alot of injuries from horses including fractured pelvis and he just turned me away. I had been in a lot of pain for 18 days and like that for about 5 days. Kristy was fantastic and got me alot better in just the first treatment. Kristy also has the most fantastic sense of humor nd just makes you feel so at ease. I Couldn't recommend Kirsty highly enough.
Does anyone know of any good chiropractors nearby and around how much it would cost for a checkup? Thanks in advance. :)
Tanya M. replied:
Highly recommend The Murdoch University Chiropractic department. They are 4 th or 5 th year students under supervision. It is MUCH cheaper but a bit of a drive. Hope this helps.

If you get a doctor referal you wont be charged, but the chiropractor must use the benefit Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program. You get referred by your GP for a program of chiropractic assessment and treatment. Your Medicare card is processed via HICAPS direct with Medicare
