I have went to Matt Mortenson for years. He gave me Valium to take the night before and that morning and then gas during procedure. Then, I switched to Comfort Dental on Dixie. They did the same thing and also did it for someone else I know that I won't embarrass by saying who. lol. So, just call and talk to the person at the desk and explain and I am sure they will help you.

I'd be high as a kite when I left and sometimes it took me HOURS in there and a day to sleep it off...Dr. Matt and Quan literally had to carry me to the car one time but he got it done and I have had EXTENSIVE dental work. I take great care of my teeth and they are still terrible.:/
