I always use Lysol Toilet Bowl Cleaner for drain clogs. When I lived there in Louisville, my sister visited me from CA, and brought a bunch of girls with her. One of them knocked a potted plant into my bathroom sink and the dirt went down the drain a nd clogged it. I was like you ... tried everything ... plunged ... snaked ... liquid plumber ... draino. None worked. At the end of my third week of a clogged drain, I poured half a bottle of Lysol down the drain at night before I went to bed. Next morning poured a bucket of boiling hot water down the drain and it ran way better than it did when I first moved into that apartment. The bucket of water came from hot water from my shower and from a [large] pot I boiled on the stove.
