Other than Home Depot, can anyone recommend good people to install Pergo flooring, including carpet removal?

Elizabeth Mills Bryan Supposedly they showed George Strait the bamboo they installed for me (from Calibamboo.com ) he loved it and had it installed in a studio he was doing (either a church or home studio) I am in love with the bamboo, it's sustainable, and rock hard. they had to use a diamond saw to cut it. I think my installer was name Matt, he's really good

Elizabeth Mills Bryan both floor types have upsides. The beauty of hardwood is you can have it sanded and restained/sealed many times. If you start with the distressed look you won't have a lot of problems. I had hardwood in my old house and it never had any issues with water...I have Shaw laminate in my current house and after six years of dogs running amuck it still looks great. Just buy extra trim pieces lol. They can't do anything to the floor, but the trim is another story!

Raised parts; anything other than the planks that go on the floor. Like this stuff: http://www.armstrong.com/flooring/laminate-trim.html
