Starting in January you will be able to try some of the different facilities in Lacombe at no cost to see what you like best! If you want more info send me a quick email at sbeaucliar@lacombe.ca and I can send you the program info!

Where to go depends on what you're looking to accomplish; if you want to do cardio on a machine, snap or the CUC gym are reasonable. If you want a group setting and lots of motivation, Fit Body is great although not cheap, per se. Lacombe Crossfit is my pick because I get more done there in an hour than I could with two hours left to my own devices, the members are super supportive, it's challenging but still fun and the owners are AMAZING. For me, reasonably priced has to also factor in results: ultimately being fit and getting all the health benefits of exercise is priceless; ask anyone who's ever been sick or depressed. Think about what you want to achieve and what you can commit to and then find a program that YOU love; you'll stick with it and think it's worth every penny. Good luck!
